Welcome to www.souljourneysophie.co.uk (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, or attending our retreats, classes, workshops, or other events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and must be over 18 years old and of sound mind to use our services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Payment
Payment for all services must be made in full in GBP £ unless otherwise specified. The Client agrees to the full total payment plan outlined for the programme/course/retreat. Payment plans are available, and you are agreeing to pay the full amount of your selected payment plan regardless of whether the program/ course is used or not.

The Client understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding payment plans:
a. Payment Obligation: The Client is obligated to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or consequences as outlined in this agreement.
b. Late Payments: In the event of late payments, the Client may be subject to late fees as specified by the Facilitator. The Facilitator reserves the right to suspend access to the programme/course until all outstanding payments, including late fees, are settled.
c. Default: Failure to fulfill the payment obligations as outlined in this agreement may result in default. In the event of default, the Facilitator reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover the outstanding balance, including but not limited to collection agencies and legal proceedings.
d. Modification of Payment Plan: Any requests for modification to the payment plan must be submitted in writing and approved by the Facilitator. The Facilitator reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests at their discretion.
e. Non-Transferability: The Client acknowledges that the payment plan is non-transferable and may not be assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of the Facilitator.
f. Termination of Services: The Facilitator reserves the right to terminate access to the programme/course in the event of default or breach of this agreement, without providing a refund for any payments made.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds vary from service to service:

a. Day Retreats:
For day retreats, you must inform Sophie at least 1 month prior to the retreat for a full refund. Cancellations made between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund, and any cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the retreat will receive no refund.

b. Abroad/ Multi-day Retreats:
For abroad or multi-day retreats, please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided. All deposits are non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstance.

c. Programs and Course (Online and In person):
You are aware when making payment for an online or in person program or course, all sales are final with no refunds.

3. Courses: Grounded & Calm A 4 Week Mindfulness Course
a. duration of Grounded & Calm is 4 weeks
b. Scope of Access
Grounded & Calm includes:
One in person group class per week.
Participation in an exclusive group chat for those who have joined the course.
Additional resources.

3.2 All payments for this course are final. No refunds.

3.3 Community Guidelines
a. Respect and Integrity
This course fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. Members are expected to:
Respect the ideas and contributions of others.
Please be kind.
b. Prohibited Conduct
Bullying, bad-mouthing, or engaging in unwelcoming behavior will not be tolerated. Any member found in violation of these guidelines will be:
Removed from the course .
Ineligible for any refunds.

3.4 Disclaimer of Guarantees
While this course aims to provide value through resources, in person sessions, and community support, no guarantees are made regarding specific personal development outcomes or results. Your success or what you get out of this course is dependent on your own actions and participation.

3.5 Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the programme provider. Members will be notified of any updates via email.

3.6 Liability
The course provider will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation on this course. By joining, you agree to participate at your own risk.

4. Programs: Authentically Me (live)
a. duration of Authentically Me is 6 weeks
b. Scope of Access
Authentically Me includes:
One live group call per week.
Participation in an exclusive group chat for those who have joined Authentically Me LIVE.
Access to recordings of group calls.

A 60 min 1-1 coaching call with Sophie

4.2. Content and Login Sharing
a. Confidentiality of programme Resources
All resources, live calls, recordings, and additional materials provided are strictly for your personal use. Sharing your login credentials or redistributing programme content in any form is prohibited.
b. Violation of Terms
Any member found sharing login credentials or programme content will be:
Immediately removed from the programme.
Held liable for the full cost of the 6 week program, regardless of whether the term has been completed.
No refunds will be issued for such violations.

4.3. All payments for this program are final. No refunds.
a. Payment Plan Obligations
By selecting the payment plan option, you are agreeing to pay the full amount of your selected payment plan regardless of whether the program is used or not.

The timing of live calls are subject to change at the discretion of the programme provider. While every effort is made to provide consistent scheduling:
The schedule/ timings of live calls may change due to unforeseen circumstances or facilitator availability.

Any member found sharing login credentials or GROUNDED program content will be:
Immediately removed from the program, account will be deleted.
No refunds will be issued for such violations.

6. Changes to Services
Sophie reserves the right to change any course, retreat, or service at any time for any reason without explanation.

7. Code of Conduct
Anyone using Sophie's services who is found to be bullying, causing harm to other participants, damaging property, or tarnishing reputation will be removed from the service without refund.

8. Liability
Sophie and www.souljourneysophie.co.uk are not liable for any loss or damage to possessions while in the service with Sophie. The services provided on our website, in courses, on retreats, or in workshops may affect individuals differently. We do not guarantee any specific results, and we are not responsible for any adverse effects, negligence, pain, injuries, or death resulting from your participation in our services.

9. Medical Disclaimer
Sophie, the founder of www.souljourneysophie.co.uk, is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice or guidance. The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice or treatment for any health concerns you may have.

10. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or food intolerances that may affect your participation in our services. You also acknowledge that if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, then you will not seek any services from Sophie and you will seek appropriate professional help.

11. Use of Photos/Videos
By participating in our retreats, classes, workshops, or other events, you consent to the use of any photos or videos, likeness or story, taken during these activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance.

12. Removal from Course/ event/ retreat/ program:
The Facilitator reserves the right to remove any Participant from the course/ event/ retreat/ program if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, bullying, or dangerous, without providing a refund.

13. Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, on the website is the property of www.souljourneysophie.co.uk its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the content without the prior written consent of www.souljourneysophie.co.uk.

14. Non-disparagement:
By participating in our retreats, programmes, or containers, you agree not to engage in any form of disparagement, defamation, or negative commentary regarding other participants, instructors, or the organisation. This includes, but is not limited to, public statements, social media posts, and any form of written or verbal communication. Respect and professionalism are expected at all times to maintain a positive and supportive environment for all participants.

15. Confidentiality
All information shared with Sophie during the provision of services will be kept confidential unless required by law or with your express consent. Any information, stories or context you hear or take in on events, classes or retreat with Sophie and other participants, must be kept confidential. Any one found to be sharing others information, will be removed from any further interaction with Soul Journey Sophie.

16. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.

17. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by www.souljourneysophie.co.uk. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites or services. For specific retreats T&C'S may vary and will be included in descriptions where you can read them, and before you book onto any retreat.
