Meditation classes allow us to collectively enjoy mindfulness, moments to pause and slow down. Community is a vital part of the journey, to have others to relate to and share the experience is empowering and inspiring.

In my classes I will teach you meditation practices that you will be able to put into practice outside of class and into your everyday, allowing you have more moments of stillness and peace.
